The finish rounds out with cinnamon…If the Sh*t hits the fan this is your comfort wine.

2022 Sigh-La Rose´
92% Grenache, 8% Graciano. A portion of the proceeds for the Sigh-La benefit Dana Farber Cancer Center through Jaksaa.org. Club discounts not offered on the Sigh-La in light of the charitable focus of this wine. Produced to honor the powerhouse our friend Saila Consalvi who pioneered living life to the fullest and support lung cancer research. This rosé offers a very floral nose not unlike plumeria and lavender with hints of strawberry, banana and watermelon candied fruit. The palate lends itself to more of the fruity side with very round and nice acidity, creaminess and minerality.
2021 Petite Cab
60% Petite Sirah, 40% Cab aged for 15 months in a blend of French and American Oak. Chocolate, raspberry, vanilla cola, new leather, blue flower and blue fruit greet you on the nose along with blueberry muffin. The silky tannins on the palate slowly give way to the cacao chocolate finish.
2021 Petite Sirah
Aged 15 months in a blend of new and once-used American Oak. Nice nose of concord grape jelly, blueberry muffin, canned blueberries…basically all things blue (except Smurfs:) and sweet red/orange bell pepper. More blueberry on the palate followed by chocolate torte, and chocolate covered cherries.
40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Petite Sirah, 15% Zinfandel, 15% Syrah. Blended from the single barrel select (our selected best of the best barrel of each) of each varietal. Fresh black and blueberry, creamy blue cheese that’s more earthy than funky, slightly burnt charcoal. Fruity with blue and blackberry and a touch of chocolate round out the Lajur.

Black pepper, crushed rock, backing spice round out the Syrah-dominant wine. Dark chocolate on the palate with a hint of plum finish. Solid acid ready to mellow over the first few months in bottle.

100% Zinfandel aged for 15 months in 85% Hungarian Oak and 15% American Oak. The nose offers thin mints chocolate, vanilla bean, lavender, violet in a desert-like feeling. Initially a more relaxed Zinfandel with restraint and almost amarone-like. Allow to decant for 1-2 hours and it becomes lively and fruity.
2021 Cabernet Sauvignon
Cabernet Sauvignon with a hint of Petite Sirah and Cabernet Franc interspersed. Aged in 70% American Oak and 30% French Oak. Dark color with juniper and a very savory nose. Balanced acid will allow it to smooth out over time. Cola, sugarcane root and anise on the palate. Let this decant while cooking up your breakfast ahead of dinner in the evening and taste the boldness as it opens.
The nose hits you with violet, baking spice, blue plum and that woodsy men’s cologne. Great minerality on the palate of chalky or fresh cement…a true Malbec.
Black olive, blueberry, with a complex nose of perfume or cologne lead the way. Well balanced silky tannins and acid. Cocao finishes it off leading you to feature it with roasted duck, lamb curry or a pasta puttanesca.
Charcoal, BBQ, brisket on the nose along with tobacco leaf and green savory herbs like oregano, rosemary and sage. Great camping wine with nice acid, and a floral finish with violet, lavender and wildflower notes. Perfect with a grilled steak with rosemary or your favorite thanksgiving turkey.
Plumeria, violet, purple flower lead the nose to feature a very floral greeting. Raspberry, vanilla, blackberry, pomegranate on the palate. Very easy drinking ready to be open mid-meal or after.
Golden pear, golden apple, banana bread, beeswax, pineapple and tropical fruit on the nose. The palate is well-rounded with baking spice (cinnamon, nutmeg), rich creamier fruits like banana and mango or papaya, with a a silky mouthfeel. Great with white fish or a rich white cream pasta. Will also pair well with an arugula or spinach salad with pear or quince.
