The Experience
We create highly personalized interactions as high quality as our wine. We put as much time and energy in the experience as we do the winemaking. A tasting with us is a very casual and down home experience where we focus on learning about you and your wine tastes while typically adjusting the menu to appeal to our guests in real time. The conversation is unpretentious in an environment that makes you hopefully feel as though our vineyard and winery is your own.

The Oaks Tasting
Our primary tasting experience area sits underneath two of our legacy oaks on the vineyard next to the barrel and production room. The views are of our Malbec, Sangiovese and Tempranillo blocks with peaceful sounds all around. $20 per person with $15 refunded per one bottle purchase and paid guests get to take their glass home (Club Members receive free tastings for up to 6 people).

In inclement weather tastings are typically moved inside the barrel room.
Tour and Taste
Almost ready! With one deck left to finish, this experience will take you through four wines in four blocks of the vineyard to taste the wine where it’s grown! We’ll take the Dresser Polaris Ranger for an interactive tour to see where the juice starts!

Dresser Estates Cellar
Coming Soon! Join the owner and winemaker, Kory, for a private tasting from the estate wine cellar. Guests will meet at the Barrel Room and then be driven through the vineyard to taste at the Dresser Estate Wine Cellar where they will taste both in the cellar and on the patio overlooking the vineyard. Please allow for two hours for the experience.
