Spring 2026 Release Wines:

2023 Unité
Varietals: 60% Grenache, 30% Zinfandel, and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon
A french word pronounced as ee-nuh-tay, Unité translates to togetherness, camaraderie or unity. Aged for 15 months in bottle before release, this blend offers rich notes of dark chocolate, balsamic, black cherries and other berries emerging on the nose and continuing to the palate. This rich wine is a great way to include that memorable dinner shared with those you love paired with dark chocolate dipper berries (the wine, not those you love…or maybe those you love too 🙂

2023 Cabernet Sauvignon
Beautiful aromas of blackberry, black raspberry, vanilla and baking spice. The structured palate is full bodied offering flavors of sweet spices including cinnamon and brown sugar and caramel. The lengthy finish offers dark bitter chocolate and savory spices. This Cab is perfect to pair with a meaty steak or brisket with a coffee rub.

2023 Petite Cab
Varietals: 60% Petite Sirah, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon
A classic Dresser blend, it displays rich fruit aromas of blackberry and mulberry blended with fresh floral aromas of purple roses and plumeria. As it evolves in the glass, sweet aromas of vanilla bean, milk chocolate, baking spices and cocoa powder develop.  On the palate this full bodied and juicy blend has velvety tannins with a beautifu complex finish of black pepper and cocoa. Perfect to pair with juicy short ribs and a peppery BBQ sauce.

NV Bodega Aparador
Varietals: 33% Grenache, 33% Tempranillo, 17% Petite Sirah, 17% Syrah
NV, meaning non-vintage, includes Grenache from both the 2023 and 2024 harvests.  Dresser brings “Rioja to Paso” with this fun non-vintage Spanish Blend! The Grenache and Tempranillo bring aromas of mixed berry pie, strawberry and pomengrate juice blended with floral notes of violet and rose. The Petite Sirah and Syrah bring more sweet and savory flavors of ruby chocolate, vanilla and spices of pepper and cinnamon. On the palate, the young tannins and bright acidity lead to a nice complexity and lingering finish of fresh red raspberry. This is a great wine for Spanish tapas or paella with lighter grilled meats and vegetables spiced with mesquite.

2024 Sh*T Faced Red
Varietals: 50% Petite Sirah, 30% Syrah, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Zinfandel
Our signature wine features aromas of black cherry, black raspberry, dark chocolate cocoa nibs with earthy and mineral notes adding complexity. The palate is balanced with integrated tannins, juicy acidity and warmth finishing with hints of black pepper, dark chocolate and almonds. This full-bodied wine is ideal for hearty dishes or enjoying around a campfire on a cool evening.

2024 Syrah
A classic BBQ Syrah showing aromas of dark blue and black fruits (blueberries, black plum) combined with mesquite, grilled charcoal, black pepper and floral notes of anise and violet. Savory notes of black pepper and herbs blend with a note of blueberry and vanilla on the palate. The 2024 Syrah has balanced silky tannins and bright acidity leading to a savory finish. Pair this with grilled lamb with a blackberry jam or spiced nuts.

2024 Pinot Gris
Candied tropical fruits like banana taffy emerge from the glass on the nose. Floral notes of wildflower and herbs reveal themselves as the wine opens up.  This light bodied wine is easy drinking with bright acidity and a smooth palate. Finishes with vanilla and bananas foster on the finish.  Pair this with our Lemon Zest scone from our Sips & Scones tasting experience.

Fall 2026 Release Wines:

2023 Petite Sirah
Sweet aromas of chocolate dipped berries, and strawberry geleé are accentuated with spicier aromas of toasted campfire marshmallows, cardamom and vanilla. These sweet and spicy aromas are rounded out with a finish of cocoa and toasted oak. On the palate, the wine is dry with juicy acidity that lead to a pleasant finish with flavors of dark chocolate and black cherries. This is a perfect pairing for dessert. A bitter-sweet chocolate torte or chocolate covered cherries or berries would be a perfect complement to this Petite Sirah.

2024 Cabyrah
Varietals: 65% Cabernet & 35% Syrah
This classic Dresser blend of Cabernet and Syrah mimics the great Shiraz-Cab blends of Australia. The wine presents an elegant bouquet of earth, blue plum, violet, and cocoa. As it develops in the glass, notes of Syrah contribute peppery nuances and hints of chai-spiced tea on both the nose and the palate. The tannins and acidity are harmoniously balanced and well-structured. The robust tannin profile of this blend makes it well-suited for pairing with richer red meats such as porterhouse steak or lamb chop. The finish is long, marked by spiced plum and cocoa nibs.

2024 Kaia Lee
Varietals: 60% Zinfandel, 30% Malbec, 10% Syrah
Aromas of fresh raspberry and strawberry combine with hints of mineral and black truffle. Syrah contributes a notable pepper character both to the bouquet and taste. This full-bodied, well-balanced blend showcases lively red fruit and fresh herb flavors, finishing with blueberry, blackberry, and dark chocolate notes. This will be a great red wine to pair with your summer first courses of lighter grilled meats and pasta dishes.

2024 Lajur
Varietals: 60% Cabernet, 20% Petite Sirah, 10% Zinfandel, 10% Syrah
This Cabernet Sauvignon led blend is supported by Petite Sirah, Zinfandel, and Syrah.  Aromas of dried blueberries, vanilla, and spiced cookie emerge prominently from the glass. As the wine opens, nuanced notes of eggplant, Portobello mushrooms, and black olive complement the bouquet with earthy character. Barrel aging imparts additional complexity with hints of toasted coconut and vanilla. This full-bodied red blend features lively acidity, well-structured tannins, and a savory herbal mid-palate, culminating in a finish marked by pepper and earth. The wine is suitable for immediate enjoyment or cellared to further develop velvet-like tannins and enhanced roundness. It pairs exceptionally well with robust root vegetable dishes and stews.

2024 Zinfandel
The bouquet displays aromas of blueberries and black cherry, complemented by floral and herbal notes such as wild violets, plumeria, and subtle hints of fresh mint, contributing to an elegant complexity. A touch of purple plum imparts gentle sweetness that balances the soft tannins at mid-palate. The vibrant acidity enhances the fruit expression and leads into a finish accented by peppery clove. This wine pairs great with a backyard summer BBQ.
