Wine-Specific Conditions

Legal Requirements

You must be 21 years of age or older, to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Dresser Winery. Receipt of shipments containing alcoholic beverages requires the signature of a sober adult (a person 21 years of age or older who is not intoxicated). Wines purchased from Dresser Winery are not for resale, and are for personal consumption only.

Credit Card Charges

Orders are by credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Club Membership

Please review the terms of the club membership. All club members must be at least 21 years of age to join.

Membership Benefits
Benefits of the membership are for club members that are listed on the account and club members must be present for benefits to be applied to on-site orders. Club member benefits cannot be transferred, or extended to others.

Commitment
The club member, upon signing up, is committing to a minimum of one (1) year (two consecutive wine club shipments) before membership closure to receive full member benefits. These benefits cannot be transferred, nor extended to others for use. Sign up date is the date the member originally established membership with Dresser Winery. If member asks to cancel prior to fulfillment of the minimum number of shipments then Dresser Winery may charge the greater of $100 or the amount of all discounts received to date.

Shipments
The club member must be at least 21 years to accept shipped wine. An adult signature is required and shipments cannot be left at the door of recipients. We recommend shipments be delivered to businesses. The club member is responsible for all costs incurred if a wine shipment is rerouted, returned, or reshipped as the shipping carriers charge fees.

Pick Ups
Members who choose to pick up will have have 2 months following the purchase of the club allocation to pick up their wine shipment. If the wine is not picked up by the last day of pick ups or other arrangements made, the wine shipment will be shipped and a shipping cost applied to the club members account. As a boutique winery, space is extremely limited so we appreciate your understanding.

Friends, family, or acquaintances may pick up for club members, but the club member must notify prior to the visit via email at info@dresserwinery.com. If over the phone, we will need to verify account information. This ensures security of the membership accounts.

Customizations & Changes of Shipments (Grand Cru and Premier Cru Memberships)
Changes to addresses and customizations must be done prior to the change/customization deadline of the wine club season. Due to shipping regulations we unfortunately are not able to do customizations and changes after the deadline. We will send reminder emails in advance to processing to allow time for updating. Address redirects and changes made after shipments have departed will incur shipping fees from the carrier.

Membership Closure
Club members can close their membership after the above stated commitment with written notice to info@dresserwinery.com. The club member must be the member listed on file to close the membership.

Terms and benefits are subject to change. Thank you!

Shipping Costs

UPS and GSO are Dresser Winery’s carrier of choice. Ground shipping is provided by UPS Ground and GSO at current market rates. *Note – If the customer selects for another option as his or her carrier, the customer pays all shipping charges, regardless of his or her wine club membership or purchase amount.

Wine is a Delicate Commodity

Wine is a perishable commodity. Wine does not like extremes of temperature: hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. Dresser Winery is not responsible for, and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.
