Join us, along with our fellow Paso Back Roads Wine Trail members for our 7th Annual Taste of the Back Roads Grand Tasting at Rava! Discover new flavors from over 25 different Wineries, meet passionate winemakers & proprietors, and experience your new favorite Wine Trail!
Join us on Rava’s spectacular winery and vineyard from 4:30-5:30PM for the VIP Tasting, where more than 20 wineries will showcase only Reserve or Small-batch wines, paired with a delicious bite crafted by each winery. General Admission guests join us from 5:30-7:30PM for the Grand Tasting, a showcase of several wines from each winery while guests can also enjoy fare from local food trucks available for purchase throughout the event. This up-close tasting experience with the owners and winemakers of the Paso Back Roads Wine Trail is the place to Discover the Undiscovered!
Each winery will also be donating unique wine experiences to the Silent Auction, where 100% of the proceeds will go to Family Care Network. Auction items range from vineyard tours, to barrel & library tastings with the winemaker, to overnight getaways.
California Farm Table Cookbook Launch Party
Join author and photographer Lori Rice at Dresser Winery for the launch of her latest project, the California Farm Table Cookbook. Each guest will receive a copy of the book, a glass of Dresser Winery wine and bites from chef Rachel Ponce as well as having Lori autograph your copy and sitting for an Ask the Author session where she’ll be ready to answer all your questions!
The California Farm Table Cookbook shares stories about those who grow and produce food and drinks as well as those who bridge the gap between grower and table with their culinary creations. With 100 recipes crafted by the author as well as chefs and restaurants who pride themselves on local ingredients, you’ll get an intimate experience of family recipes surrounded by inspiring photography.
Tickets are $60/pp and include:
- One autographed copy of the California Farm Table Cookbook
- A welcome glass of wine from Dresser Winery
- Paired bites by chef Rachel Ponce
- “Ask the Author” session
An Evening of History and Wine
Join Dresser at the Carnegie Library, the home of the Paso Robles Historical Society, for the next Evening of History & Wine where Kory will be speaking to the history of baseball in Paso Robles while we also pour Dresser wines!
