Vineyard Experience
Available Saturday and Sunday only.
Reserve the Syrah vineyard deck and experience Dresser surrounded by the vines. Includes a bottle of Dresser wine for a private experience for up to two hours. Guests are welcome to bring their own picnic.
$55 per person includes one bottle of Dresser wine and two hours on the deck. Experience a full flight as poured by the winemaker for an additional $25/person. Minimum 4 people or cost equivalent. Groups of 10+ please email for pricing. Please email Visit@DresserWinery.com.

Sips and Scones
Available Saturday and Sunday only.
From savory to sweet, our Dresser wines paired with scones can’t be beat. Guests receive four meticulously crafted and perfectly paired scones featuring traditional, savory and sweet notes from the Central Coast’s own Carndonagh Kitchen. Sips and Scones experience must be purchased at least one day prior to the tasting appointment to allow for baking time. Because the Scones are paired specifically with select wines, there are no substitutions/changes available.
For groups of less than 10 people, $25 is waived per every two bottles purchased.
Winemaker for the Day
Try your hand at the art of wine blending as you learn from our winemaker as he guides you with recreating our blends and crafting your own with our Dresser Winery Blendfest Kits. Each kit is packaged in custom packaging with everything you need to explore your path to becoming a master wine blender including half-bottles of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Sirah, Syrah and Zinfandel. Each kit also includes all the tools of the trade including measuring cylinders, calculation chart, tasting notes and tracking card.
Each kit is good for two people ($150 per kit). Minimum two kits must be purchased plus two hours for the guided experience from the Winemaker (additional $75/hour). Email Kory@DresserWinery.com to schedule your Winemaker experience.
Vines to Wines Tour
Available Saturday and Sunday.
Explore and learn the journey of winemaking from the vineyard to barrel. Guests will start in our vineyard between our vines at 2 spots followed by a taste from our barrels and end with tasting 2-3 finished wines. We’ll explore techniques deployed from farming to winemaking and dive into the equipment used to produce our wine. Available Saturday and Sunday. $75 per guest. Minimum 4 people or the price equivalent.

Visit Planning
- Do you allow walk-ins? For our Estate Tasting Experience, we are happy to welcome walk-ins when possible. We do limit the amount of guests on-site at a given time to just a few groups as we are a small husband and wife team with just a couple of part-time tasting hosts so we highly recommend calling or texting the day of to walk-in to confirm space.
- Reservations are required for all of our other tasting experiences.
- Are Kids and/or Dogs welcome? Yes! We’re happy to welcome well-behaved kids or dogs at your experience. Dogs are to remain on leash and off furniture.
- Can we bring a picnic? Of course! We ask that you note that in your reservation. For guests wanting to bring a picnic we provide 15-20 minutes prior to tasting for you to enjoy your picnic with the tasting following. You can also book our Picnic Experience for your own private deck in the middle of the vineyard, away from the tasting area. Guests also receive a bottle of wine to enjoy during the Picnic Experience.
- Do you waive tasting fees? Fees are waived for every two-bottles purchased for our Estate Tasting Experience (for groups of 8 or less people). Club members always receive comped tastings for up to 4-6 people based on club level.
- Are large groups welcome? Yes! Groups of up to 10 people can book online. For groups of 10-15 there is a base fee of $600 for the group with 50% refunded after 12 bottles purchased across the group and 100% refunded after 24 bottles purchased across the group. - I’m a club member, can I pass on my comped tasting benefit to someone else? No. Club member benefits are only for the actual club member. But we’re happy to welcome your guest and will treat them great!
- Are your wines available outside of the winery? No, our wines are only available on-site or through this website. Since distribution eats so much of the cost, we would lose money by working with a distributor or placing in restaurants or bottle shops.
- Why should I join your wine club? Our wine club is the cornerstone of our winery. Repeat customers are key to our business growing so we place a significant amount of effort and time in keeping our club engaged. Along with discounts on wine, members also receive a discount on the Villa and are the only customers guaranteed to get our wine before they’re gone forever. We also work to come to them for tastings (private and other locations), create special experiences for them and help plan their trips to Paso. If you have any other items you’d like to see us offer, let us know!
