WINEMAKER FOR THE DAY BLENDING EXPERIENCE

Inspire team or customer collaboration with our Winemaker for the Day experience. Available for both on and off-site you’ll sit down with our owner and winemaker as he guides you through the art of wine blending with the help of our Dresser Winery Blendfest Kits. Each kit is custom packaged with everything you need to try your hand at crafting both our wine blends and creating your own including half-bottles of our Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Zinfandel and Petite Sirah. Also included is a measuring cylinder, tasting notes, percentage calculation chart and and note card to track your blends.

From 10 to 50 people this experience is perfect for team-building or client engagement opportunities.

MEETING AND RETREAT SPACE

Our property is the perfect location to host your corporate meetings, luncheons, team building events, etc. Just minutes north of San Luis Obispo’s airport (SBP) or a 1-2 hour drive from San Jose, Santa Barbara or San Francisco airports it’s centrally located. Or come stay with us at the beautiful vacation rental estate home on the property and spend a weekend retreat with all the best amenities! The 6300 sq. ft. luxurious home overlooks the 25-acre working Vineyard and Winery in the heart of Paso Robles Wine Country. The home has 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms and plenty of space and privacy for large groups. Amenities include a lower level shuffleboard room, sunken bar inside the large living room, 3 fireplaces throughout the house, spa like master bath with large rain head shower and private sauna, large master walk in closet/room, chef-inspired kitchen, marble floors throughout the common areas, pool and waterfall, hot tub, fire pit, outdoor kitchen, chef’s garden and citrus grove.
