Estate Wine Experience

With views of our barrel room and looking up into our vineyard, we enjoy 4-5 of our wines. Enjoy a casual and memorable experience with a dedicated Dresser attendant sharing our wines and the stories behind them.

This experience takes place in barrel room if inclement weather when space provides.

• Cost – $25 per person. One fee waived per every two bottles purchased.
• Groups of 8 or more: Subject to our group policy of tasting fees not waived with wine purchase (4-6 tastings waived with a new club membership).
• If not all guests are tasting (ie, designated drivers, pups or children) please note that as your booking so we can plan for the seats. As seats are limited on-site, if we are fully booked seats are designated for tasting guests first.
• Club members – Must be logged in to waive tasting fees for your group (6 fees waived for Grand Cru, Premier Cru and Dresser 6 members. 4 fees waived for Dresser 3 members).

Vineyard Picnic

Reserve the Syrah vineyard deck to have your own private picnic and enjoy Dresser Wine.  Guests will have the deck to themselves for up to two hours which includes a bottle of Dresser Wine. $55 per person includes one bottle of Dresser wine selected by the winemaker.  Minimum 4 people.

Guests have the option to add on to their picnic experience a full tasting flight with dedicated wine attendant for $25/person ($25 tasting fee waived per bottle purchased for groups of less than 8 people) OR add on a charcuterie box by ordering 48 hours ahead of appointment.  For add ons, please email Visit@DresserWinery.com.

Sips and Scones

Available on weekends only (Sat/Sun). From savory to sweet, our Dresser wines paired with scones can’t be beat. Guests receive four meticulously crafted and perfectly paired scones featuring traditional, savory and sweet notes from the Central Coast’s own Carndonagh Kitchen. Sips and Scones experience must be purchased at least one day prior to the tasting appointment to allow for baking time.

For groups of less than 8 people, $25 is waived per every two bottles purchased.

Winemaker for the Day

Try your hand at the art of wine blending as you learn from our winemaker as he guides you with recreating our blends and crafting your own with our Dresser Winery Blendfest Kits. Each kit is packaged in custom packaging with everything you need to explore your path to becoming a master wine blender including half-bottles of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Sirah, Syrah and Zinfandel. Each kit also includes all the tools of the trade including measuring cylinders, calculation chart, tasting notes and tracking card.

Each kit is good for two people ($150 per kit). Minimum two kits must be purchased plus two hours for the guided experience from the Winemaker (additional $75/hour).  Email Kory@DresserWinery.com to schedule your Winemaker experience.

Vines to Wines Tour

Explore and learn the journey of winemaking from the vineyard through finished wine. Guests will start in our vineyard between our vines at 2 spots followed by a taste from our barrels and end with tasting 2-3 finished wines. We’ll explore techniques deployed from farming to winemaking and dive into the equipment used to produce our wine.  Available Saturday and Sunday. $75 per guest. Minimum 4 people or the price equivalent.

Dresser Cellar Experience

Led by our winemaker, this is our most intimate reserved wine experience where the Dresser Winery Estate House wine cellar serves as the venue and view as our owner/winemaker takes guests through a guided tasting of wines to explore Estate wines direct from the Dresser Vineyard.

– Two-hour experience at $125 per person (minimum of 4 guests or the price equivalent of $500)
– Max guests: 6 people except for guests staying in the Dresser Estate Villa
