Under The Oaks Experience

Note: March 22nd is our Spring Release Weekend event and our standard tasting will be replaced with various experiences. For March 22nd only, book via here. Non-members and members are both welcome for our Spring Release weekend.

With views of our barrel room and looking up into our vineyard, we enjoy 4-5 of our wines. Enjoy a casual and memorable experience with a dedicated Dresser attendant sharing our wines and the stories behind them.

Oaks experience takes place in barrel room if inclement weather.

• Cost – $25 per person. One fee waived per every two bottles purchased.
• Groups of 8 or more: Subject to our group policy of tasting fees not waived with wine purchase.
• Please account for all people in your party when booking (includes children, non-tasters) as seats are limited on-site.
• Club members – Must be logged in to waive tasting fees for your group (6 fees waived for Grand Cru, Premier Cru and Dresser 6 members. 4 fees waived for Dresser 3 members).

Sips and Scones

From savory to sweet, our Dresser wines paired with scones can’t be beat. Guests receive four meticulously crafted and paired scones featuring traditional, savory and sweet notes from the Central Coast’s own Carndonagh Kitchen paired with four different Dresser wines. Experience takes place next to our barrel room looking up into our vineyard. Should the weather be inclimate, we move this experience inside our barrel room.

• Must book at least 1 day before (scones are prepared morning of experience)
• Cost – $45 per person which includes $25 tasting fee. One tasting fee ($25) waived per every two bottles purchased.
• Groups of 8 or more: Subject to our group policy of tasting fees not waived with wine purchase.
• Club members – Must be logged in to waive tasting fee portion of the experience.

Dresser Cellar Experience

Our most intimate reserved wine experience, the Dresser Winery Estate House wine cellar serves as the venue and view where the owner and winemaker takes guests through a guided vertical tasting of wines to explore the influence of maturation on specific wine. We’ll Coravin our library wines as we gather in our private wine cellar (up to 6 people at one time except for guests staying in the Dresser Estate home) at the dedicated tasting tables inside and outside of the cellar overlooking the vineyard. Two-hour experience at $75 per person. Minimum of 4 guests or the price equivalent.

Winemaker for the Day

Try your hand at the art of wine blending as you learn from our winemaker as he guides you with recreating our blends and crafting your own with our Dresser Winery Blendfest Kits. Each kit is packaged in custom packaging with everything you need to explore your path to becoming a master wine blender including half-bottles of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Sirah, Syrah and Zinfandel. Each kit also includes all the tools of the trade including measuring cylinders, calculation chart, tasting notes and tracking card.

Each kit is good for two people ($150 per kit). Minimum two kits must be purchased plus two hours for the guided experience from the Winemaker (additional $75/hour).  Email Kory@DresserWinery.com to schedule your Winemaker experience.

Vines to Wines Tour

Explore and learn the journey of winemaking from the vineyard through finished wine. Guests will start in our vineyard between our vines at 2 spots followed by a taste from our barrels and end with tasting 2-3 finished wines. We’ll explore techniques deployed from farming to winemaking and dive into the equipment used to produce our wine.  Available Saturday and Sunday. $75 per guest. Minimum 4 people or the price equivalent.

Vineyard Picnic

Reserve the Syrah vineyard deck to have your own private picnic and enjoy Dresser Wine.  Guests will have the deck to themselves for up to two hours which includes a bottle of Dresser Wine. $55 per person includes one bottle of Dresser wine selected by the winemaker.  Minimum 4 people.

Guests have the option to add on to their picnic experience a full tasting flight with dedicated wine attendant for $25/person ($25 tasting fee waived per bottle purchased for groups of less than 8 people) OR add on a charcuterie box by ordering 48 hours ahead of appointment.  For add ons, please email Visit@DresserWinery.com.
