RESTAURANTS:
Michelin Guide Restaurants:
- In Bloom– a laid-back vibe with an energetic feel offering warm hospitality, great food and drinks presented on shared plates, and rock ‘n’ roll playing on the turntable. The menu is traditional California cuisine with an emphasis on supporting local farms & farmers. The thoughtfully curated wine list, local beers, and CBD craft cocktails
- The Hatch–Hatch is a simple rotisserie and bar located just off the town square in beautiful downtown Paso Robles wine country. Fueled by wood fire, small batch whiskey, and a bustling atmosphere full of mingling locals and visitors. The restaurant is intimate and indoor seating is a mix of banquettes, high wood tables, and tall backed stools at the bar for those who like front-row interaction with some of the best in the cocktail biz.
- Les Petites Canailles– Courtney and Julien Asseo have named this Paso Robles restaurant in honor of their three children (the name translates to “the little rascals”) but this welcoming spot with a spot-on kitchen is more head of the class than detention bound. Set smack in the heart of downtown, the space’s pressed concrete floors, simple furnishings and Edison lights read contemporary. Meals begin with a warm gougère before moving on to a selection of hearty appetizers. The menu features several entrées, though most eyes land on the perfectly cooked steaks.
More Restaurant Options:
- Buona Tavola– Italian restaurant with the best food and cozy atmosphere.
- Sabor & Sazon – Our new favorite spot in Paso Robles- Tantalizing dinner palates with a meticulously curated menu that showcases locally sourced, seasonal ingredients transformed into culinary masterpieces that pay homage to both the region’s agricultural bounty and culinary innovation.
- Momotara Ramen– One of the best ramen houses ever.
- Brunch– Amazing breakfast place! I love their chorizo burrito and avocado toast.
- Somms Kitchen– A very special and unique restaurant. Reservations are required as it is one seating, communal style per night. Chef Ian, walks the group through courses of food that are paired with wines. He explains the food, the preparation, the wine and the regions and wine-making methods. sommskitchen.comopen most Thursdays – Sundays only.
- Fish Gaucho– VERY popular place. They do not take reservations, so it gets crowded on the weekends (noise level is high). Super fun bar as well. Theme is upscale Mexican.
- Della’s – Amazing wood-fired pizza and delicious cocktails, casual atmosphere and same Owners as The Hatch, next door.
- Jeffrey’s Wine Country BBQ– Lunch or dinner…very casual, excellent tri-tip and beef brisket sandwiches, award-winning mac, and cheese.
